I want to talk to you about Planning.
We're near Thanksgiving and the Holidays which means 2019 is quickly coming to an end. The year 2020 is the start of the new decade. And here's what I want you to think about, "How am I going to approach the new decade?"
There are two things you need to do this time of year:
1. Wrap up 2019. You have a few weeks left so you need to do the things that you need to do.
A lot of advisors make the mistake of pushing it until the end of the year. Remember there will be downtime during the holidays. And people are much more wasted during the holidays. So you come into the office and your mind is like crap.
2. Figure out how to do your plan. You need to plan on how to do your plan.
