These interviews are often carried out by internal team members. While well-meaning, this informal approach is rarely useful. - Focus groups.Focus groups can work well for consumer products, but they are not very effective in the B2B world. The reason is simple: Clients are reluctant to reveal any significant information to a group of competitors.
