Identify simple illustrations which clearly explain concepts and processes you want clients and prospects to understand. Practice drawing and labeling those illustrations yourself so you can comfortably replicate them during a discussion with clients and prospects. As a follow-up to your meeting, give the people you met with a copy of the drawing, clarifying what they need to do next and what you will take care of.
