A client of mine, who happens to be an excellent divisional leader, recently inherited a new region. He didn't have a lot of time to get them up to speed, as he'd done in the past with the other regions in his division, and in an effort to get everyone on the same page, he created a five point leadership message that he emailed out prior to his meetings in his new region.
