Years ago, a telephone company created a very smart advertising campaign headlined by, “Reach Out and Touch Someone” .

That phrase still holds much merit today. So many times, the names of people will come to us causing wonder as to what they are doing in the moment. This is the best time to reach out and touch that person with the goodwill gesture and communication that you are thinking about them.

Just today, a familiar name from the past picked up the phone to call me. Most likely five or six years have passed since we last connected, but upon talking with one another it seemed as if were only yesterday. As it turned out, she thought of me because someone she just met could use my insight on a couple of topics.
