So, how can you use these three characteristics to your benefit?
First, write out what you want your self-image, self-esteem and self-confidence to be/look like in 2018. Include what it is about these characteristics that you want to become your reality.

Next, spend a few moments everyday (morning and evening) to read and, most importantly feel, that these positive characteristics are alive inside you.
So alive that there is an energy that fills your entire body. This affirming energy lets you know that you’re reprogramming your mind and that the new, positive characteristic have been implanted.
Now, go into the day and be the person you want to be!
